About Me:

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition with nearly a decade of experience helping people make lasting lifestyle changes that improve their health and quality of life. I provide preventative care and medical nutrition therapy for conditions that can be improved through nutrition and lifestyle, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer and survivorship, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and weight management (including GLP-1 medications).

Before becoming a dietitian, I built a successful career in advertising—an experience that taught me the power of communication and motivation. During my master’s program in Nutrition Education at Columbia University, I deepened my understanding of behavior change and evidence-based nutrition—skills I now use to help people make meaningful, lasting improvements to their health.
