I’m a Registered Dietitian and Master of Public Health with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with food, their bodies, and the environments they live in. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a holistic view of health—looking beyond the plate to include stress, sleep, movement, and even the air we breathe.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across clinical research, corporate wellness, and the restaurant industry—designing nutrition programs, guiding clients through digestive and hormonal concerns, and helping brands and individuals create truly non-toxic, nourishing spaces. My clients learn how to eat intuitively, build sustainable habits, and feel grounded in their choices without restriction or guilt.
When I’m not consulting, you’ll find me exploring farmers markets around the world, experimenting with fermented foods, or hiking somewhere green. I became a dietitian because I believe wellness should feel natural, enjoyable, and personal—never one-size-fits-all.
