Hi, I’m Linnet Biswas
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people achieve optimal health—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by blending clinical expertise with practical, real-world strategies that lead to lasting results.
My approach is shaped by a global health perspective, developed through diverse professional experiences, including fieldwork in Kenya. These experiences have deepened my understanding of cultural foodways and strengthened my belief in the power of personalized, culturally sensitive nutrition interventions. I firmly believe that effective nutrition guidance must be tailored not only to the individual but also to their lived environment and cultural context.
Over the years, I’ve worked across clinical nutrition, foodservice management, and community health. I support individuals managing complex medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, and individuals looking to build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food.
At the heart of my practice is a simple philosophy: nutrition should be realistic, enjoyable, and seamlessly integrated into your daily life. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I design evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals—empowering them to make informed decisions and sustain their progress long term.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen trying out new recipes, walking in nature, or sharing nutrition tips with my community. I also love to travel—it allows me to experience diverse food cultures firsthand and continuously expands my understanding of how people connect with food around the world.
