Background

I’m a registered dietitian here to partner with you to build health you can feel—steady energy, calm digestion, solid sleep, confidence in food choices, and feeling good in your body. My style is warm, evidence-based, judgment-free, and forward-thinking. I’ve spent 15+ years in outpatient care and telehealth.

I focus on cardiometabolic health—diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, cholesterol, blood pressure, and sustainable weight changes—plus digestive concerns (IBS, GERD, IBD, food allergies/sensitivities), kidney disease, and nutrition for bariatric and transplant care. I also partner with clients who are well and want to stay that way—building eating habits that promote longevity and long-term health.

Your plan is personal and evolves. We start with your story, routines, culture, budget, preferences, and goals, then turn nutrition science into clear, step-by-step actions. Before you leave each session, we’ll set up mini-experiments to learn which foods and habits “love you back”—and which don’t. At follow-ups, we review your observations and health trends to choose the next right step. Expect clear education, practical tools, and supportive accountability that lead to real change and everyday vitality. You bring observations; I bring evidence-based nutrition expertise. Together we turn that into clear next steps for real-life results and lasting vitality.

Outside of sessions, I’m happiest cooking, being outdoors, biking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I recently biked through Puglia, the heel of the boot of Italy—where some of my ancestors are from—and loved experiencing the Mediterranean way of eating and living in its natural setting.

I became an RD to demystify nutrition and empower people to make confident food choices. Sharing practical, reliable tools—so you can feel better and see progress in your numbers—is what drives me.
