Expectations
Expect a supportive, judgment-free space where I personalize everything to you—your goals, your lifestyle, your pace—while bringing in evidence-based guidance and practical, real-world strategies. I do the research (so you don’t have to sort through all the confusion yourself!), break it down simply, and offer actionable steps you can actually use. We’ll talk about what to buy at the grocery store, which recipes can become your new go-to meals, and how you can achieve a truly healthy balance in both your diet and lifestyle. Expect me to serve as your own personal cheerleader—I’m rooting for you, just as much as YOU are rooting for you.
Focus Areas
I work with adults seeking sustainable approaches to weight management, those wanting to better manage—or prevent—chronic conditions, and anyone looking to improve their relationship with food. My specialties include weight management, plant-based nutrition, heart-healthy eating, lifestyle medicine, disease prevention, and health promotion. I’m especially passionate about helping people create long-term lifestyle shifts that align with their values—and support not just physical health, but emotional well-being, as well.
Credentials
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University as well as a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University. I earned my Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. With over a decade of experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, I bring a strong clinical foundation to my work.
Personal
Food is my love language—and it’s how I connect with the people around me. Outside of work, you’ll find me experimenting with new recipes (my cooking skills are somewhat of a work in progress!) and checking out the best restaurants in town. I’m a fan of wine tasting, yoga, hiking, searching for seashells on the beach, exploring new corners of the world with my husband, and playing with our wild and crazy pup.
Drive
What began as a fascination with the connection between food and vitality grew into a lifelong passion for helping others feel their best, both physically and emotionally. I became a dietitian because I wanted to give people not just tools—but also permission—to care for themselves in a way that actually works. One of my favorite parts of my work is witnessing how changes in eating habits spark positive ripple effects across all areas of my clients’ lives. Let’s create realistic, sustainable habits that fit your life, culture, and goals.
