Background

I work with women who are doing it all—raising families, managing careers, and trying to stay healthy in the middle of it all. My mission is to simplify nutrition for busy women who want to feel better, eat well, and show up fully in their lives without adding another layer of stress.

As a registered dietitian and former educator with over 20 years of experience in the health field, I bring a teacher’s heart and a lifelong learner’s mindset to my work. My background in education allows me to translate complex nutrition science into approachable, actionable steps that fit your world. I believe knowledge is power—and when women understand the “why” behind food and health, they make changes that last.

My philosophy is simple: real food, realistic habits, and steady progress. I help clients focus on small, smart changes that yield the greatest benefits—like boosting energy, supporting hormones, and creating enjoyment around food. My approach isn’t about restriction or rigid plans; it’s about finding what works for you and helping you feel confident in your choices.

As a mom of three, I know firsthand the challenges of feeding a family while trying to care for yourself. I love helping women make mealtime less overwhelming—whether it’s navigating picky eaters, planning balanced meals for active families, or moving away from processed foods in a way that feels doable and positive.

When appropriate, I use functional lab testing to help uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface—whether it’s fatigue, inflammation, or hormone imbalance. My own experience with autoimmune challenges deepened my belief that when you understand your body, you can finally support it in meaningful ways.

Clients describe my style as warm, realistic, and encouraging. I meet you where you are, provide tools that actually fit your lifestyle, and help you create a plan that feels achievable and aligned with your goals. My ultimate goal is to help women feel nourished, strong, and in control of their health again—without the overwhelm.
