I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 6 years of experience supporting individuals in improving their relationship with food, managing chronic conditions, and creating sustainable, nourishing habits. My background includes work in private practice, group coaching, community wellness programs, and corporate health initiatives—giving me a well-rounded view of how nutrition fits into real life.
I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, hormone balance, digestive health, and family-friendly nutrition planning. In both one-on-one and group settings, I’ve focused on making nutrition accessible, personalized, and shame-free. I’ve also developed and led wellness programs focused on behavior change, mindful eating, and body image support—meeting people where they are and helping them build confidence and clarity around food.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, weight-inclusive care. You can expect a nonjudgmental space, collaborative goal-setting, and support tailored to your unique health story. I don’t believe in rigid plans or “fixing” your body—instead, I help you reconnect with your body’s cues, work through barriers with compassion, and create habits that support both mental and physical health.
On a personal note, I’ve also navigated my own health challenges, which gives me an added layer of empathy for what it’s like to seek support while managing work, family, and life. I’m a mom, a fan of joyful movement, and a believer in the healing power of connection, humor, and good food shared with people you love.
