Background

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) with over 11 years of experience helping people take control of their health through personalized nutrition. I received my Bachelor of Science from Benedictine University and completed my dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. My passion lies in helping individuals prevent and manage chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, chronic kidney disease (including end-stage renal disease), and obesity through realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes.

I specialize in renal nutrition and plant-based diets—whether you’re looking to include more fruits and vegetables or fully transition to a vegan lifestyle, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I also support clients who are using GLP-1 medications, helping them optimize their nutrition, manage side effects, and stay on track with their health goals.

I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make changes that work for their lives. My ideal client is someone who’s motivated to take small, meaningful steps toward better health—because even the smallest change can make a big difference.

When I’m not working with clients, I love finding the best deals, hosting game nights with friends, or simply sharing a meal and good conversation. I believe in the power of laughter and connection in every aspect of life.
