Background

When you work with me, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard. Together, we’ll uncover the habits that haven’t been serving you, explore realistic options, and create a step-by-step plan you feel confident following. My goal is for you to finally move past the cycle of dieting and frustration and discover a sustainable way to improve your health while still finding joy in food.

I specialize in working with individuals who are tired of yo-yo dieting, seeing the scale go up and down, or struggling with stubborn blood sugars despite trying “everything.” My coaching is patient-centered and flexible—I’ll never shame you, force my opinions, or give you a cookie-cutter plan. Instead, I’ll guide, coach, and empower you to choose the strategies that work best for your lifestyle and goals.

I hold degrees in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Psychology, and I bring over 5 years of experience helping clients through one-on-one coaching and online classes (https://byte-into-nutrition.thinkific.com/courses/diabetes-management-nutrition). Beyond my career, I’m both a mom and a proud dog mom—so I get the importance of balancing health with real life (and a little chaos). Adulting is hard, but we got this!

My drive to become a dietitian is deeply personal. Growing up, I was bullied for being overweight, an experience that shaped my empathy for anyone who has struggled with body image. Later, I lost my father to complications of poorly managed diabetes—something I believe no one should ever have to endure. As a result of that that, I developed late-onset celiac disease and received little guidance on how to navigate it. Heck, I wasn’t even referred to a dietitian (or even knew that they existed for that matter!) These experiences fuel my passion to help others feel empowered, confident, and free from the constant stress surrounding food. I am here to help :)
