I didn’t become a dietitian because I loved kale (although I do). I became one because I know what it feels like to struggle. As a kid, I was bullied for being overweight. I remember what it felt like to sit in class hyperaware of my body, trying various “fad diets”.
Then as an adult, I lost my father to complications of poorly managed diabetes. Watching someone you love decline from something that is largely preventable changes you. It changed me. After he passed, I was diagnosed with late-onset celiac disease — and was sent home with almost no guidance. I wasn’t even referred to a dietitian. I had to figure it out on my own. Those experiences are why I do this work.
Today, I help adults who feel stuck in the same exhausting cycle I once knew so well — yo-yo dieting, scale frustration, stubborn blood sugars, and the feeling of “I’m trying everything, why isn’t this working?”
When we work together, you won’t get shame. You won’t get a rigid, cookie-cutter plan. You’ll get a calm, supportive space where you feel heard. We’ll identify what’s actually getting in your way, build realistic habits that fit your life, and create a clear, step-by-step strategy you can follow with confidence.
I hold degrees in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Psychology, and I’ve spent over five years coaching clients one-on-one and through my online programs. But more importantly — I understand what it feels like to struggle with food, body image, chronic disease, and real life. I’m also a mom and dog mom, so I know health has to work in the middle of busy schedules and a little chaos.
You don’t need more willpower. You need a plan that actually fits your life. If you’re ready to move past dieting frustration and build something sustainable, I’m here to help.
When you work with me, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard. Together we’ll uncover habits that haven’t been serving you, explore realistic options, and create a plan you feel confident following. If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting, the scale going up and down, or blood sugars not improving despite trying “everything,” I can help. My coaching is patient-centered, flexible, and shame-free—empowering you to choose strategies that fit your life and bring joy back to food.
