Expectations
Clients can expect a thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate approach that blends nutrition science with practical strategies for everyday life. Every session focuses on connection and understanding—helping people uncover what works for their body and lifestyle, not forcing a one-size-fits-all plan. You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and steps that feel sustainable, not restrictive.
Focus Areas
I specialize in metabolic health, weight management, and behavior-based nutrition counseling. My practice also emphasizes whole-body wellness—hydration, energy, and mindful eating—rooted in realistic change and self-awareness. As an industrial engineer and massage therapist as well as a registered dietitian, I focus on the systems behind health: how routines, environments, and mindset influence long-term outcomes.
Credentials
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in Industrial Engineering and Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked across corporate wellness, clinical nutrition, and community education. I’m recognized for process improvement, risk mitigation, and results-driven coaching that helps individuals and organizations create healthier systems that truly last.
Personal
I’m a Detroit native who learned early the value of community, hard work, and staying curious. I’m also a wife, mom, sister, and teacher at heart—someone who loves sharing what I learn if it can help someone else. Yoga, Peloton rides, and long walks keep me grounded. You’ll usually find me with a book in hand or in a kitchen experimenting with a new recipe.
Drive
I became a registered dietitian because I believe health shouldn’t be complicated or exclusive—it should be clear, empowering, and personal. My path through engineering, wellness, and nutrition taught me that sustainable health is built through understanding systems and honoring humanity. My work is driven by helping others discover their own rhythm of wellness, one that fuels their life instead of controlling it.
"I help clients cut through the noise of nutrition with a clear, practical, and compassionate approach. My ideal clients are ready to make real, lasting change—not perfection, but progress. I combine science, structure, and empathy to uncover what truly fits their lifestyle. Expect honesty, curiosity, and a bit of tough love wrapped in encouragement. Together, we build sustainable habits that support both body and mind."
