Background

My name is Jacob and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Masters in Nutrition and Wellness. I have a background in acute and long-term clinical settings. Additionally, I have experience in nutrition counseling, weight loss, nephrology, diabetes, food allergies, athletics and adult/geriatric nutrition. My focus is to provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to assist those seeking to improve their health.

My interest in nutrition began to grow when I became a college athlete. Wanting to increase my performance, I turned my love for athletics to a passion for nutrition. I realized that nutrition not only greatly impacted my performance as an athlete, but impacted my life as a whole. Improving my life through nutritional means has had lasting positive benefits. I now aim to take what I have learned and experienced, to teach and help others. Through sustainable lifestyle changes, behavioral adjustments and balancing physical activity, we can move towards a healthier life physically, mentally and spiritually.
