I am passionate about empowering individuals to make informed choices that improve health outcomes and committed to providing high-quality nutrition services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In my career, I found that family, lifestyle, and culture hold significant roles in shaping our nutritional choices and overall health. As a dietitian, I try to understand that these factors influence not only individual dietary preferences but also the broader context in which health behaviors are developed. Whether it’s integrating traditional foods into a therapeutic diet plan or navigating dietary restrictions tied to religious practices, I passionately believe that respecting these facets of life leads to more effective and meaningful care.
