Background

It is my joy to serve as your dietitian. I love helping individuals and families meet their health & wellness goals through my personalized medical nutrition therapy approach. I help clients lose weight, improve heart health, manage blood sugars, develop a healthy relationship with food, and so much more!

Your concerns and goals drive the ideas & education I provide, then I sprinkle in my creativity to personalize your nutrition plan. I am responsive to your questions & needs via messaging between appointments because I want you to be successful. I follow simpleresearch-based nutrition practices to improve your health. Nutrition is a science, not an opinion -- and I hope to help you discern fact from fiction.

Family nutrition has a special place in my heart: pregnancypostpartuminfancytoddlerhood, and childhood. With a three year old son and seven month old daughter, I am right there with you! I love to journey alongside families, helping you nourish yourself and your kids. Aside from families, I love to counsel every age and stage on a wide range of nutrition-related concerns.

Day to day, I spend most of my time at home with my kiddos. I have also worked in public health at WIC for four years now, as a dietitian and certified lactation counselor. I enjoy staying involved at my neighborhood YMCA as a group fitness instructorweight loss program facilitator, and dietitian. Nutrition and exercise are my hobbies-turned-career, and I would love to share in your journey toward better health!   Hannah C. Kirtley MMN, RDN, LMNT, CLC
