Hi, I’m Hannah Jehring, MS, RD, LDN, a registered dietitian nutritionist with over 10 years of experience helping people build confidence and balance through nutrition. I grew up in Iowa, earned my bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University, and completed my master’s in education from Arizona State University. My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad to Germany and the U.K., where I gained a deeper understanding of how culture influences our relationship with food.
I specialize in weight management and bariatric nutrition, including support for clients using GLP-1 or oral weight-loss medications. I also focus on intuitive eating and digestive wellness for those managing food sensitivities or allergies. For clients looking to feel their best day-to-day, I love helping build sustainable habits that improve energy, confidence, and overall well-being.
In my sessions, I take a compassionate, collaborative approach using motivational interviewing and behavior-based strategies. I meet clients where they are—helping them create realistic, lasting changes that fit their lifestyle. My goal is to make nutrition approachable, empowering, and personalized so clients can feel their best, not just reach a number.
Outside of work, I love reading, hiking, traveling, and weightlifting—and I live by the motto, “get comfortable with the uncomfortable.”
"My approach is warm, encouraging, and down-to-earth. I love helping clients feel confident and at ease with food and their health. Through empathy, collaboration, and practical problem-solving, I guide clients to discover what works best for their lifestyle. I keep things realistic and positive—celebrating progress, adjusting goals when needed, and making the journey feel approachable and empowering."
