I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with over 10 years of counseling experience. I have a Master’s degree in dietetics and under graduate degree in exercise science. I specialize in working with clients looking to improve their body composition and workout performance. Along with my professional experience I have also personally competed in collegiate basketball, bodybuilding, powerlifting and CrossFit. Outside of working out and healthy eating my main hobbies include: spending time with my family and golden retriever's, enjoying coffee and watching sports. My drive as a health and fitness professional is to give each client the tools and confidence they need to fulfill their full potential. Whether that's losing 50 pounds, hitting PR's in the gym or improving daily energy levels.
