Background

With over thirteen years of experience as a registered dietitian, I’ve worked across a variety of settings—hospitals, clinics, student health centers, mentorship programs, and through writing—to bring evidence-based nutrition to real people. I see dietitians as the bridge between the science in the literature and the human in front of us.

I have held advanced certification as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) and just earned my Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential. My areas of expertise include disordered eating recovery and HAES-aligned care, plant-based and vegan nutrition, diabetes management, and general wellness.

As a queer-identified professional, I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming nutrition care for the LGBTQ+ community and addressing the unique health challenges we face.

I also understand that getting started can be the hardest part—especially if you experience executive function challenges. I work with clients to create realistic, flexible systems that make nutrition feel doable, not overwhelming, and to celebrate progress in all its forms. You can be sure that I will meet you where you're at.

Most importantly, I believe eating can and should be fun, inclusive, cultural, and interesting—not a source of stress or shame. Whether it’s rediscovering the joy of eating, exploring foods that reflect your heritage, or finding practical ways to nourish yourself, I love helping people reconnect with food as something that brings both health and happiness.
