Hi, I'm Erin! I'm so excited to work together.
As a registered dietitian, I help clients build a more peaceful relationship with food by combining evidence-based nutrition guidance with an understanding of the emotional and behavioral sides of eating. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where your goals, values, and lived experiences are always respected. Whether you're working toward overall wellness, navigating a health condition, or trying to unlearn harmful messages about food and body, I'm here to meet you with compassion and curiosity—not judgment.
My approach is holistic, weight-inclusive, and individualized. I specialize in helping clients move away from rigid food rules and toward a more sustainable, nourishing way of living. I have experience working with a wide range of medical and nutritional concerns, and I’m committed to creating an inclusive space that’s LGBTQIA-friendly and affirming.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences from West Virginia University and completed my dietetic internship and graduate coursework at Marshall University. I've been practicing as an RD since 2021 and have additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), and CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders).
I became a dietitian after trying to "fix" my own relationship with food—through my education, I came to understand that I was struggling with disordered eating. With support, I learned that food isn’t the enemy and that healing is possible. That experience drives the work I do today: helping others find peace with food, reconnect with their bodies, and feel empowered in their health.
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of music, crochet, and getting lost in a good book. I share my life with two spoiled cats, a goofy dog, my wonderful partner, and our sweet, energetic 8-month-old son—who keeps things interesting! I deeply believe that being human is messy, beautiful, and worthy of care—and that’s the energy I bring into every session.
"I help clients build a more peaceful relationship with food by focusing on sustainable habits, self-compassion, and personalized support. My approach combines nutrition guidance with an understanding of the emotional side of eating, always grounded in empathy and your individual goals."
