Background

Hi, I’m Erin, a registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience. I believe food is powerful medicine, and I take a partnership approach—combining clinical expertise with your lived experience to create small, sustainable changes that help you feel and live better.

I work with adults navigating digestive issues (like GERD, IBS, IBD, fatty liver, and chronic GI symptoms), weight concerns, GLP-1 medications, menopause, and PCOS. I also support clients exploring intuitive eating and a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. My care is rooted in medical nutrition therapy, mindful eating, and a strengths-based, data-informed style grounded in empathy and real-life application.

I earned my BS from Texas Tech, MS from Kansas State, and completed Low FODMAP training through Monash University. Over the past decade, I’ve also trained fellow dietitians to be more effective in supporting lasting change. I now work primarily via telehealth, making it easy to connect with clients nationwide.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to twin daughters and love paddle boarding, camping, yoga, reading, and travel. I also live with a digestive condition, so I understand how frustrating it can feel when your body isn’t at its best—and how powerful the right support can be.

If you’re looking for a nonjudgmental partner who listens deeply and helps you build meaningful, sustainable progress, I’d love to work with you.

Approach

"I take a curious, conversational approach that helps clients feel safe, seen, and successful. By asking the right questions and identifying your strengths, I help you build small, meaningful habits that fit your life. I’ve lived through digestive issues myself—so I know change is hard, but possible. Clients say I’m nonjudgmental, practical, and even make behavior change fun."
