I’m Erik Dempsey, MPS, RD, LDN. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Middle Tennessee State University. My drive comes from helping others navigate the complex world of nutrition science, especially when it intersects with mental health, addiction recovery, chronic illness, or just those times when people don’t feel good enough about themselves—especially around food and nutrition.
I’m passionate about supporting clients to physically and mentally bolster themselves through these challenges. I believe nutrition isn’t just about what we eat; it’s deeply connected to how we feel and live our lives. I’m always learning and strive to grow better every day, both personally and professionally.
My expectation is that clients come with an open mind and a readiness for honest, meaningful conversations about how food integrates into their lives. Together, we’ll explore realistic, science-based strategies that respect your unique story and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling, spending time outdoors with my dogs, and relaxing with my partner playing games and watching movies.
