Whether you’re wanting nutrition without diets, looking for eating disorder recovery support, or hoping to reconnect with your body during a new stage of life, I will meet you where you are and help you find approaches that feel sustainable.
I earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition and have more than a decade of experience helping clients improve their health with good, sustainable nutrition. My work has focused on women’s health and well-being, and building a more trusting relationship with food and the body. I also serve on the board of Central Texas Eating Disorder Specialists (CTEDS), where I collaborate on community education and advocacy for equitable, compassionate care.
Outside of work, I love eating delicious food (obviously), traveling, getting into the outdoors, and two-stepping around Austin. These experiences remind me that food and movement can be sources of joy, connection, and grounding—values that deeply shape how I practice as a dietitian.
I became a dietitian because I saw how deeply diet culture undermines people’s trust in their bodies—and how transformative it can be when people find freedom from that pressure. A world of solid, balanced nutrition can truly open up when the pressure to do it perfectly is removed. It’s an honor to support clients as they discover what health and well-being look like on their own terms.
"I’m a trauma-informed, eating disorder–trained dietitian who helps clients create a balanced, easeful relationship with food and movement. My care is weight-neutral and rooted in body autonomy—I won’t hand you a strict plan, but will support you in discovering nutrition and self-care practices that actually fit your life. Together, we’ll find ways to nourish your body and well-being with more trust, flexibility, and calm."
