Background

I have extensive clinical experience working with individuals managing diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease (pre-dialysis and requiring dialysis), transplant care, and patients utilizing GLP-1 medications as part of their health and weight management journey. I am a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) which means I have focused experience caring for patients requiring enteral and parenteral nutrition. This includes developing individualized tube feeding regimens, troubleshooting feeding intolerance, and managing patients on IV nutrition therapy.

In addition to my clinical background, I have years of experience in both collegiate and high school athletics, helping athletes and active individuals fuel their bodies for performance, recovery, and long-term health. I understand the physical and mental demands that come with training and competition and work to create practical fueling strategies that support performance while remaining realistic and sustainable.

Whether you’re navigating a medical condition, looking to improve your overall health, or fine-tuning your nutrition for athletic performance, I provide practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to your individual needs. Nutrition isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, and I’m excited to help you every step of the way!
