Hi, I’m Elizabeth, MPH, RDN, LDN. I’m a registered dietitian with a background in public health and integrative nutrition. I believe nutrition is most powerful when it’s personalized, evidence-based, and sustainable. My goal is to help you discover what nourishes you best, physically, mentally, and emotionally, while also addressing the root causes of your health conce instead of just the symptoms.
In our sessions, I take time to listen and understand your routines, challenges, and goals so we can create realistic steps that fit your lifestyle. I focus on whole foods, mindful eating, and long-term health, not restrictive diets or quick fixes. Whether you’re working on hormone balance, digestion, or simply feeling more at peace with food, we’ll build a plan that feels supportive and achievable.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking in the Appalachian Mountains, gardening, and spending time with my family. I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with food as a source of peace, strength, and healing.
