Background

Hi, I’m Corey Brady, MDN, RDN, LD.

Clients working with me can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we work together to set realistic goals and create sustainable nutrition habits. Whether you are managing a chronic condition, aiming to improve performance in your sport, or simply want to feel better in your daily life, I’ll meet you where you are.

My focus areas include sports and performance nutrition, chronic disease management, weight management, and building healthy, long-term behaviors. I love working with athletes of all levels, individuals navigating obesity or metabolic conditions, and anyone looking for a personalized approach to nutrition.

I hold a Master's of Dietetics and Nutrition from The Ohio State University and am a licensed and registered dietitian. I’ve worked in sports clinics, currently teach university-level nutrition courses, and built a private practice from the ground up.

On a personal note, I’ve struggled with obesity and understand firsthand how complex the journey to better health can be. Many in my family have faced similar challenges, and that experience drives the empathy and realism I bring to every session.

Outside of work, I’m a parent, a teacher, and a big believer in balance—yes, that includes snacks! I’m also passionate about weightlifting and fueling for performance.

My drive to become an RD was deeply personal. I wanted to break the cycle of poor health in my own life and help others do the same. Now, I get to combine science, compassion, and strategy to make a real difference in the lives of my clients.
