What to Expect from Working with Me:
When you work with me, expect a holistic, heart-centered approach to wellness. My sessions go beyond nutrition plans—I help clients rebuild trust in their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and make sustainable shifts that honor their health. Whether you’re starting a GLP-1 medication, preparing to transition off GLP-1 medications, or seeking a more balanced relationship with food, you’ll leave our sessions feeling empowered, informed, and aligned with a lifestyle that truly supports you.
I specialize in sustainable nutrition practices and helping clients navigate:
• Starting treatment with GLP-1 medications while making meaningful lifestyle shifts
• Preparing to transition off GLP-1 medications
• Healing their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies
• Integrating stress, sleep, and mindset into holistic wellness
• Seasonal nutrition and real-food recipes that support well-being
If you’re looking for rigid meal plans or a quick-fix approach, I may not be the right fit—but if you’re ready to explore gentle nutrition, body trust, and sustainable health, I’d love to support you.
My Credentials & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah and have spent years refining my expertise in medical nutrition therapy and holistic wellness. My work extends beyond individual coaching—I develop scientific content, write seasonal recipes, and create engaging, evidence-based educational materials that empower others in their health journeys.
A Little About Me
My own health journey with gut health deeply shaped the way I approach wellness. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, an autoimmune condition that forced me to rethink everything I knew about nutrition and healing. Through my experience, I learned the power of real food, deep rest, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness—and now, I help others navigate their own paths to health with a compassionate, whole-body approach.
Beyond my work, I’m happiest in nature, hiking with my pups, or crafting nourishing, seasonal recipes that celebrate food as both fuel and comfort.
Why I Do What I Do
I became a dietitian because I believe true wellness is about more than food. Health is deeply personal—it’s about how we nourish, rest, move, connect, and care for ourselves. My mission is to help clients feel safe, supported, and empowered in their bodies—especially those navigating GLP-1 treatments. Whether beginning medication or transitioning off, I walk alongside my clients to ensure lasting lifestyle changes that truly serve their health long-term.
Wherever you are in your journey, you’re right where you’re meant to be—and I’d be honored to support you.
