Many diets have us thinking about what we need to remove from our life. My approach focuses on what you can add to your life. My goal is to provide you a sustainable, personalized roadmap to achieve your health goals. Together, we will target your unique needs by setting practical, achievable goals that empower change toward a healthier you.
I have a Masters of Science in clinical nutrition with unique experience in oncology nutrition research. I am 1 of only 12 dietitians in the state of Tennessee who holds a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology (CSO) credential for registered dietitians. Cancer has touched the life of my family and has propelled me to be a partner for those looking to take control of their health. In addition to oncology nutrition, I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses and life circumstances. I offer nutrition therapy for adults focusing on cancer survivorship, weight management, intuitive eating, pre- diabetes, type II diabetes, pre and post operative bowel surgeries, gastrointestinal disorders, transitioning off tube feeding to an oral diet, high blood pressure, liver disease, , chronic kidney disease, women's health, and general well-being support! My goal is to equip you to feel confident choosing foods that help prevent and manage medical diagnoses.
If you are looking for a compassionate, energetic dietitian anchored in evidence-based practice, I would love to join you on your health journey!
