Hi, I’m Chelsea, a registered dietitian nutritionist with over 13 years of experience helping people feel their best through balanced, realistic, and compassionate nutrition care. My approach is holistic and practical—you can expect to learn how to eat in a way that supports your unique goals, medical needs, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll set personalized goals that feel doable and sustainable, so you can feel like the healthiest version of yourself without the pressure of being “perfect.”
I believe that health is a state of mind as much as it is a physical state. Being healthy means caring for yourself with compassion and kindness, not restriction or guilt. In our work together, I’ll encourage you, challenge you when needed, and remind you that food can be both nourishing and enjoyable. I like to focus on adding—whether that’s new foods, habits, or perspectives—rather than taking things away. If you’re motivated and open-minded, we’ll make a great team.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients in many different settings—from hospitals and dialysis clinics to creating a cardio-metabolic clinic alongside physicians. I also spent five years at the WIC program, supporting women, infants, and children. My areas of expertise include diabetes, chronic kidney disease, bariatric surgery, PCOS and infertility, prenatal and postpartum nutrition, pediatrics, and more. No matter your stage of life or health journey, I bring both experience and empathy to our sessions.
On a personal note, my own journey to motherhood deeply shaped the way I practice. After many years of trying to conceive and preparing for IVF, I discovered the power of nutrition, mindfulness, and even mindset in supporting health and healing. Through balanced eating, lifestyle changes, and positive visualization, I was able to create the family I longed for. This experience continues to fuel my passion for helping others care for themselves inside and out.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two whose hobbies include chasing after my kids (who are much faster than me), trying new recipes, yoga, and reading a good sci-fi novel. Becoming a dietitian was my way of serving others—to help people see themselves through loving eyes and to use food as both nourishment and medicine. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward health and well-being.
"I take a personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to nutrition. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans—together we’ll create realistic strategies that work for your unique goals and lifestyle. Using principles of functional nutrition, I focus on understanding the whole person and making step-by-step changes that feel sustainable. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you as a partner on your health journey."
