Background

Hi! I’m Cassie, a Registered Dietitian. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University. My passion lies within women’s health. I developed this passion while navigating my own hormonal imbalances and extreme dieting. I found that it was difficult to find a practitioner who truly listened to me and nearly impossible to find one who wanted to address the root causes of my symptoms. So, I decided to become what I needed for other women.

I use an evidence based approach while carefully listening to all of your concerns. My practice is a safe space for all of my clients. Nutrition can be so overwhelming! With all of the misinformation available on the internet, it can be difficult to know what is true and what is not true! This is where I come in. I look at all aspects of your health and learn what makes you, YOU! Each nutrition therapy plan is uniquely tailored to each of my client’s bio individual needs. We will work together to find the root causes of your symptoms, then create a plan to address them.

My work is rooted in the belief that all foods fit. We can experience healing without following a fad diet, eliminating multiple foods, or restricting our intake. Nutrition is so much more than what we eat and it’s not linear. Your body deserves to be fed, loved, and nourished. My goal is to help you bring healing to your body through nutrition and help you create a positive mindset around food.

If you’re ready to take back control of your health, I’m ready to start this fruitful journey with you. My clients have come to expect a practitioner that shows up for their needs, truly listens to their concerns, and works tirelessly to help them reach their goals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and dogs. My favorite place is the beach, any beach!

Approach

"I use a whole systems approach when working with all of my clients. We work together to address the root causes of their symptoms. I empower my clients by providing them with education regarding why we are implementing a specific nutrition therapy. If they understand why, they are more receptive. My client and I will work together to create goals that are attainable for them. I help my clients take back their own health through diet and lifestyle changes."
