Background

My journey into nutrition began with a deep fascination for how food impacts not just our physical health, but our overall well-being.  This led me to pursue my BS degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and become a Registered Dietitian.  Over my 25+ years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients in clinical settings, private practice, and community health.  I've guided countless individuals through challenges like autoimmune conditions, kidney disease, gut issues, heart disease, weight loss and more.

What truly drives me is witnessing the "aha!" moments when clients realize they have the power to transform their health without sacrificing joy.  I believe in a flexible, realistic approach that celebrates progress over perfection.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with clients on a deeper level.  I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.  Instead, I listen intently, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your relationship with food.  We'll work together to build practical strategies that fit your unique lifestyle, fostering a positive mindset around food and body.  My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes, leading to a healthier, more energetic, and truly fulfilling life.

When I'm not working, I love cooking, reading, cruising to exotic destinations with my family, taking walks with our 14-year-old rescued Golden Retriever, and fostering sweet little kittens until they find their "furever" home.

If you're ready to embark on a positive and transformative journey, let's connect!
