Hello, I’m Ashley! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping people feel nourished, balanced, and empowered in their health. I hold a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and have spent my career supporting clients in diverse areas including women’s health, fertility, hormone balance, gut health, behavioral health (including anxiety and depression), chronic disease prevention, and weight management.
My approach to nutrition is holistic and compassionate. I believe in blending science-based guidance with practical strategies that work in real life. I know how overwhelming health information can feel, and my goal is to cut through the noise and help you feel calm and confident with a plan that is personalized to your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. I emphasize small, sustainable habits—because lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from consistency and compassion for yourself.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women through all stages of life—from navigating PCOS and fertility journeys to finding balance in perimenopause and beyond. I also enjoy helping clients manage chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease, so they can live full, vibrant lives.
Outside of work, I’m a mom and I know firsthand the challenge of juggling busy schedules while trying to prioritize health. I love Mediterranean-inspired cooking, gardening, and slow living—all things that connect me back to food as a source of joy and nourishment.
If we work together, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step, so you can build confidence, clarity, and peace around food. I’m honored to walk alongside you in your journey—congratulations on taking the first step!
