I’m a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in nutrition education and about five years practicing as an RD. I also hold a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, with a focus on Maternal and Child Health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations through the WIC program and later in a pediatric hospital, where I supported children and families navigating hematology/oncology, bone marrow transplants, and dialysis care. These experiences deepened my commitment to maternal and pediatric health—populations that are especially close to my heart and remain the focus of my practice.
My approach is compassionate, holistic, and highly individualized. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and in food’s powerful role in that process. I aim to guide my clients in discovering what works best for them—whether we’re addressing nutritional challenges, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, supporting a child’s growth, or managing a medical condition. I bring a background in both clinical care and public health, with a strong foundation in culturally responsive, evidence-based nutrition counseling.
On a more personal note, I was born in Colombia and moved to the U.S. at a young age. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I love being able to connect with clients in either language. I’m also a wife and mother, and nurturing my own family continues to inspire the care and empathy I bring to the families I work with. I’m here to walk alongside you with respect, knowledge, and genuine care—helping you take meaningful steps toward wellness.
