Nutrition isn’t just my profession—it’s personal. My journey began in childhood when I lost 54 pounds, showing me firsthand the power of nutrition. After my first pregnancy, I embraced wellness again, shedding 45 pounds and realizing that true health goes beyond weight—it’s about energy, confidence, and taking control of your life.

Growing up, I watched my mom, a nurse for an endocrinologist, support patients with diabetes. Inspired by her work and my own experiences, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Oklahoma State University and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in cardiometabolic health. Over the past 15 years, I’ve expanded my expertise with a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics & Adults, and I’m also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Glute Specialist (CGS). Currently, I’m working toward my Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES) credential to better support those managing diabetes.

I take an integrative approach that blends evidence-based nutrition, customized fitness plans, and practical strategies for sustainable change. My goal? To help you achieve long-term health with realistic, personalized solutions that fit your life.
