Background

Andrea Gharritt, MPH, RDN, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Master Leadership Development Coach

Hi, I’m Andrea — a Registered Dietitian, Master in Public Health, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor turned leadership coach. I’ve spent the last 15 years helping humans stop fighting their bodies and start coming home to themselves — anchored in self-trust, treating their body like the leadership partner it is, and showing up fully alive.

I’m here for the movers & shakers, thinkers, and deep feelers — the big-hearted, high-achieving humans who are brilliant at showing up for everyone else but quietly running on empty themselves. You’ve checked all the boxes, tried all the plans, and still feel disconnected from your body or out of alignment with how you really want to live and lead. You don’t need another set of rules or macros. You need a design that fits you — your body, your brain, and your brand of magic.

My approach is where science meets self-leadership. I blend evidence-based nutrition, behavior-change psychology, wellbeing research, and nervous-system wisdom to help you rebuild your relationship with food, body, and energy — and design rhythms that support your brilliance instead of burning you out. This isn’t about discipline or perfection; it’s about designing for what works with your wiring.

Alongside my nutrition practice, I’m the founder of The Bold Life Design, where I coach SoftRebels™ — leaders, creatives, and multi-passionate humans — to design work and wellbeing systems that match their genius, their brains, and their bodies. Because when you stop contorting yourself to fit broken systems, you finally make space to thrive.

Here’s what I believe to my core: your body is the vessel that helps you move mountains; it is not the mountain to move. The more you understand your body, the more clearly you can hear your intuition, trust your choices, and lead with clarity and calm.

Whether we’re exploring intuitive eating, building body peace, navigating perimenopause, designing for ADHD, healing burnout, or learning how to actually rest, my work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, joy, and practicality. I help you create rhythms that are doable, nourishing, and built for real life — no shame, no gimmicks, no unrealistic expectations.

Clients often describe working with me as grounding, energizing, and real. Together, we cut through the noise, build self-trust, and design strategies that help you show up resourced, confident, and at peace in your own skin. You’ll leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable — not just in your health, but in how you lead, create, and live.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hosting Joy Collectors Club events, walking with my husband and pup, planning our next travel adventure, or creating something colorful in my studio.

If you’re craving a relationship with food — and with yourself — that feels peaceful, powerful, and sustainable, you’re in the right place. Let’s begin.
