Health and Wellness has always been an important aspect in my life growing up. My parents, being chiropractors, instilled holistic living during my childhood and it was always important to have home cooked meals and learn to enjoy a variety of nutritious foods. Having autoimmune condition and food sensitivities during my youth gave me a different perspective on what nutrition and healing the body was all about. Through the years of schooling and working as a Dietitian, I learned that having a functional/holistic approach was the direction I wanted to pursue for helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
I completed my formal dietetic internship from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from the college of St. Elizabeth and have 8 plus years of experience working as a Dietitian.
