Background

Hi there! I’m Allison, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others build healthy, balanced lifestyles that actually fit real life. I believe nutrition isn’t about restriction — it’s about feeling strong, energized, and confident in your body every day.

My approach is evidence-based and practical. I focus on creating sustainable habits around food, movement, and mindset that align with your goals — whether that’s improving your relationship with food, managing a health condition, or boosting your energy and performance.

Outside of work, I love staying active. You’ll usually find me biking, running, playing pickleball, fishing, spending time outdoors, or experimenting with fresh, whole-food recipes. I also have a soft spot for gardening and dream of one day having a little homestead with chickens!

I’ve joined this space to share what I’ve learned about living fully functional — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My drive comes from helping people feel their best through nutrition and healthy habits — to regain energy, confidence, and vitality in their daily lives. I love empowering clients to make choices that bring balance and enjoyment back into their routines. Personally, I’m motivated by building a life filled with health, joy, and meaningful experiences for myself and my future family.

If you’re ready to make meaningful, lasting changes — and have a little fun along the way — I’d love to work with you!
