Hi there! I’m Allison, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping you feel your best—physically and mentally—through food that truly fits your life. My approach is all about realistic nutrition: creating sustainable habits, improving your relationship with food, and finding ways to nourish your body without feeling restricted or stressed.
When we work together, you can expect a supportive, down-to-earth space where we focus on progress, not perfection. I’ll help you build confidence in your choices, understand your body’s needs, and find balance in the way you eat. My goal is for you to walk away from each session feeling empowered, encouraged, and equipped with a plan that makes sense for you.
My work primarily focuses on weight management, diabetes care, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness, and I enjoy working with both adults and families. Over the past few years, I’ve gained experience in many areas—including clinical care, outpatient counseling, school nutrition, cardiac rehab, DHEC programs, and community health events like Hispanic Health and Wellness Day. I’ve even worked with local firefighters on improving their nutrition to support long-term heart health. These diverse experiences have taught me that no two clients are alike, and that personalized nutrition is key to real, lasting results.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Clemson University and my master’s degree in Dietetics from Marshall University. With this foundation—and a genuine passion for helping others—I’ve built a practice centered on compassion, education, and achievable change.
My drive to become a dietitian comes from personal experience. Watching my mom manage POTS and a close friend live with lupus opened my eyes to how powerful good nutrition can be in improving energy, symptoms, and quality of life. I believe food has the potential to heal, strengthen, and bring joy—and I love helping others experience that for themselves.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether that’s fishing, kayaking, playing soccer, or working toward my dream of a flourishing garden. I’m also happiest surrounded by family and good food, and usually planning my next adventure or trying a new recipe.
If you’re ready to make realistic, meaningful changes that fit your lifestyle, I’d love to help guide you toward a healthier, more confident version of yourself.
"""I take a full-body, practical approach to nutrition, drawing on my experience with a variety of clients and health needs. I'm excited to be on the journey with my clients, supporting them as they build habits around nutrition, movement, and lifestyle. My guidance is evidence-based and focused on gradual, sustainable changes that help put clients on the path toward their goals. Real progress takes time." " "
