Background

As a registered dietitian with over eight years of experience, I strive to create a supportive and empowering space for every client I work with. During each session, you can expect an engaging and interactive experience designed around your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll set realistic steps, build confidence, and establish the tools and support needed to achieve lasting change.

My focus areas include women’s health which includes pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, menopause, healthy lifestyle habits, and oncology care—supporting clients in reducing cancer risk, navigating treatment, and thriving in survivorship. I am passionate about meeting women where they are in life, whether that’s preparing for pregnancy, navigating new motherhood, or finding strength during and after cancer care.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in dietetics from Michigan State University and my Master of Science in human nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. In addition, I am a Board-Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO), bringing specialized knowledge to support clients through all stages of cancer care.

Outside of my work, I’m a mom of two young kids and two furry companions (a dog and a cat), which means life is both busy and joy-filled. I love spending time outdoors, cooking nourishing meals, diving into a good book, and most of all, being with my family.

I became a dietitian and started my private practice with one driving mission: to help others live their happiest and healthiest lives. Every client’s journey is different, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you discover the balance, strength, and confidence that feels right for you.
