I've seen firsthand the confusion caused by so much conflicting information online and in the media. My passion is to be a voice of clarity and truth, helping you understand how food and nutrition truly impact your body. With the right guidance, I believe a healthier, happier life is attainable for everyone. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to build sustainable habits while pursuing your goals. Remember, the results you want come from the work you put in—and I'm here to support you every step of the way. My expectation is that you leave every session having learned something new about yourself and nutrition and are motivated with your customized plan!

While I am capable of addressing various chronic conditions (GI related issues, heart health, liver and kidney concerns, etc.), my focus area is weight management and disease risk reduction. I educate on behavioral change and modifying daily habits to help you live a happier, healthier life. I also have a passion for the perinatal timeframe as I am a mom myself and have been through breastfeeding, sleep deprivation, struggling to find what to eat that’s quick and easy and everything in between.

Something personal: I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Nutritional Sciences both from The University of Michigan. I have been a practicing Registered Dietitian since 2022 and have experience in both clinical and outpatient areas. I competed in bodybuilding in the National Physique Committee in 2017 which helped me further develop my passion for nutrition and how diet and lifestyle truly influence health status and physique.
