I have recently re-enrolled in school to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling, as I firmly believe that mindset plays a crucial role in achieving personal health goals.
My primary aim is to support you in reaching your goals by fostering small, sustainable behavior changes that lead to the establishment of lasting healthy habits.
In my free time, I enjoy going on long walks, relaxing with friends, spending time with my adult children, cooking, and writing.
