I am Whitney Beck, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wife, and mom of 4. I have been an RDN since 2010, and am passionate about supporting individuals with their nutrition journeys, particularly children. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the needs of the individual as we are all created differently with unique needs.
My absolute favorite moment in working with individuals is the "lightbulb" or "aha" moment. I love seeing the recognition in that individual's face that they have learned something new, accomplished a goal, or overcome a barrier. It is why I continue to do what I do on a daily basis.
