At a young age, I had a passion for helping people and hoped to combine that with my love of food one day. Flash forward to now, and I’m able to do just that as a dietitian, supporting my clients on their own, unique health journeys.
Nutrition requires a lot of nuance, and I pride myself in cutting through the nutrition noise and focusing on evidence-based strategies. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Bradley University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Iowa. I have experience working in clinical settings, both inpatient and outpatient, with a particular interest in the pediatric and young adult populations. Whether you’re a parent wondering how to best support your child’s nutrition after a new diagnosis or a post-college grad trying to navigate nutrition in this new phase of life, I’m here to support you.
With me as your dietitian, you’ll get a practical and personal approach to nutrition. I’ll be right by your side, listening and working with you to create a realistic plan for your everyday life.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me taking on a new baking project, soaking up the sun outside with my dogs or spending time with my family.
Let’s get started on this journey together!
