Background

As a registered dietitian, I specialize in working with women who are ready to feel their best—whether that means navigating post-menopause, improving metabolic health, or simply feeling more confident in their skin. I frequently support clients managing high cholesterol, prediabetes or diabetes, high blood pressure, and IBS. Many of the women I work with are on a wellness journey that includes weight loss, but more importantly, they’re seeking lasting lifestyle changes that support energy, confidence, and longevity.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where you’ll feel encouraged, motivated, and truly heard. My approach is personalized, realistic, and focused on progress over perfection. I love building relationships with my clients and serving as a source of accountability to help them stay on track without overwhelm or guilt.

I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College and have been working in the field for nearly a decade in both clinical and private practice settings. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women reclaim their health and find joy in taking care of their bodies.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two young girls and love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and baking.
