Whether you’re working toward improved lab markers, navigating nutrition during or after pregnancy, or building a healthier relationship with food, I’ll help you find personalized, practical solutions that support your long-term health and well-being.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Tennessee and have experience supporting clients across many stages of life. Over the years, I’ve helped people manage chronic conditions, improve energy, and achieve their health goals through personalized coaching and science-backed strategies. I believe nutrition shouldn’t feel confusing or complicated — and my role is to ignite clarity, confidence, and freedom in your health journey.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mom to a sweet toddler who keeps me laughing and on my toes every day. I love spending time with my yellow lab, Riley, exploring new local coffee shops, and trying new restaurants with family and friends.
