I am a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience working with both children and adults. My pediatric experience includes supporting families through picky eating, growth, and feeding concerns. For adults, I have worked with clients managing diabetes, heart disease, digestive issues, weight concerns, and other chronic conditions—always focusing on making nutrition feel approachable and sustainable.
My style is warm, encouraging, and realistic. I believe nutrition should fit naturally into everyday life, not add stress. Whether it’s helping parents navigate mealtimes with kids, guiding adults toward better health management, or celebrating small wins along the way, my goal is to meet each client where they are and build confidence through practical, personalized steps.
Outside of work, I love baking and sharing that joy with family and friends. For me, baking is more than a hobby—it’s a way to connect, create memories, and show that food can be both nourishing and comforting. That sense of connection and joy is what I hope to bring into every session, helping clients find not only better health but also a more positive relationship with food.
"I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful. My approach is warm, encouraging, and realistic—meeting clients where they are and helping them take manageable steps toward their personal goals. Working together we create individualized plans and build confidence, skills and lasting success."
