With dual degrees in Dietetics and Medical Assisting, and a master’s in Dietetics from Marshall University, I bring a strong clinical foundation and a personal touch to everything I do.

My approach is real-life focused, non-judgmental, and rooted in evidence-based care. Whether you’re working toward weight goals, managing chronic conditions like kidney disease or diabetes, or simply looking to feel your best, I’ll meet you where you are. I specialize in obesity care, medical weight loss, chronic disease management, and nutrigenomics! I’m a practitioner that loves incorporating personalized nutrition into care plans for deeper results.

I’ve worked across diverse healthcare settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, dialysis centers, private practice. I experience leading digital wellness programs and revamping a medically supervised weight loss program with over 600 participants. I’ve also managed teams of dietitians, led live cooking demos, and designed community support groups—because food is powerful, and community matters.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me near the ocean, exploring the local food scene, or walking with my rescue pup, Mazie. Originally from West Virginia and now in Hawai‘i, I bring a mix of grit, grace, and aloha spirit to my practice.
