"My philosophy as a Registered Dietitian centers on blending science-driven nutrition with individualized lifestyle integration. Instead of prescribing rigid meal plans or one-size-fits all diets, I focus on uncovering the "why" behind someone's eating habits-what motivates them, what challenges them, and how food fits into their daily life."
