"As a former health editor, I became a dietitian because of the power I saw in food as preventive medicine. I love to teach my patients how to make healthy food taste good! My positive approach encourages patients to focus on all that they can eat, not what they can't.This realization can improve digestion and metabolism, lab values, weight status and energy levels--plus decrease inflammation and increase longevity!"
