Hello, and welcome — I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist based in the Chicagoland area, with a clinical background that spans eating disorder treatment, outpatient medical nutrition therapy, and community-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and completed my dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Working in both higher-acuity and fast-paced clinical settings has shaped how I practice today — thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply individualized.
What truly defines my work is my belief in education as empowerment. I help clients understand how nutrition connects to mood, metabolism, hormones, and daily life so changes feel informed rather than forced. I often work with individuals navigating diabetes, metabolic concerns, PCOS, menstrual cycle changes, and mood-related challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PMDD — especially when food feels confusing, stressful, or loaded with pressure. My goal is to make nutrition feel more manageable, flexible, and supportive, not restrictive or overwhelming.
I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel respected, heard, and safe asking questions. Progress, to me, isn’t just about lab values or numbers — it’s about confidence, consistency, and feeling better in your body and your life.
Outside of work, I’m creative at heart. I love animals, making art, dancing, crafting a great cup of coffee, and attempting to keep my plants alive. I value meaningful conversations and genuine connection, and I bring that same presence into the work I do with clients.
My work is centered on education and collaboration. Together, we identify the root factors influencing your health, break down barriers that make change feel overwhelming, and build sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. I focus on helping you understand why nutrition matters, so you feel confident making choices that align with your life — not restricted by rigid rules.
