Hi! I am Sydney and I offer personalized nutrition coaching rooted in cultural inclusivity, fitness, and holistic wellness. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master’s in Sports Nutrition, I specialize in working with women of color and active individuals—helping them fuel their bodies, honor their heritage, and feel confident in their choices. My approach is collaborative and practical, blending evidence-based strategies with a deep respect for cultural foods and lived experience. Whether you're navigating a busy schedule, training for a sport, improving digestion, or simply trying to feel better day-to-day, I’m here to guide you with compassion and curiosity.

I have worked in varying areas of nutrition including private practice, professional and collegiate sports and community nutrition. I was also awarded the American Sports and Performance  Dietitian Association DEI Scholarship in 2023.  My experiences have taught me how to combine whole foods, supplements, and lifestyle changes to effect sustainable change. 

Clients can expect sessions that are affirming, personalized, and realistic—no restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all plans. We’ll focus on integrating your favorite traditional foods into a health-supportive lifestyle that prioritizes strength, energy, and sustainability. My background in sports and holistic nutrition also allows me to look at the full picture—body, mind, and culture—so that your wellness journey is not only effective but meaningful.

I am a proud Alabamian, and I love to cook/ bake and visit new coffee shops! I believe food should be fun and communal. I also love sports and traveling to new places where I can try new foods and meet different people. 

I created this practice to center people and communities too often left out of mainstream wellness spaces. Your culture is not a barrier to health—it’s a foundation we build from. My goal is to make nutrition feel empowering, approachable, and fully aligned with who you are.
