My method is energetic yet approachable. I practice with high standards while maintaining patience in the process. And the approach is always individualized, ensuring a personal experience that is tailored to your needs.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Central Washington University, a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University, and a board certification as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. With over 8 years of experience as a registered dietitian, including several years working in elite-level collegiate and professional sports, I have gained a tried-and-true process to enhancing the way food impacts whole-body health.
With me as your dietitian, you will receive customized care focused on attainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. My goal is for you to feel like the captain of the team, and I will be the coach who gives some direction. We will work together in our sessions to find the best application of evidence-based interventions that support your personal lifestyle and needs.
I specialize in performance nutrition, which includes fueling sporting endeavors, recreational activities, and overall high-achieving lifestyles. I make it my mission to combine current research with your personal life experience to generate all-encompassing care, regardless of your starting line.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cooking, traveling, restaurant hunting, coffee snobbery, leading an active lifestyle, and trying new activities!
