Hi there! I am a Philadelphia native and seasoned Integrative & Functional Registered Dietitian specializing in women’s health. My mission is to change the dialogue and outcomes surrounding women's health by empowering women to better understand how their bodies function. With an empathetic nature and commitment to an evidence-based, whole-person approach, I work to help women better understand and trust their bodies' incredible abilities!

Drawing from personal experience with unrelenting GI issues, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue dismissed and ignored by conventional methods, I deeply value advocating for my clients. My journey, marked by a 15- year struggle for accurate diagnosis and treatment, fuels my dedication to patient-centered, functional care with an emphasis on whole-body healing. With over a decade of advanced education and specialized functional training, I am committed to guiding women toward the health outcomes they deserve, with a focus on genuine care and comprehensive lifestyle solutions including stress management, movement, sleep hygiene, social connection, and nervous system support. Through the use of functional hormonal, GI, nervous system, and thyroid testing, I work to provide personalized care that is realistic for your lifestyle. My areas of expertise within women's health include unexplained infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid disorders, dysautonomia (POTS & MALS), pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, and menopause.
