Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am
I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with 5 years of experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RD. My previous experience prior to working in the hospital setting includes Early Intervention, weight-loss counseling, and oncology nutrition.
I grew up in Colorado and studied physiology at the University of Colorado. I received my Master's in Human Nutrition from Drexel University and completed my dietetic Internship through Texas A&M.
My passion is in family wellness with particular interest in pediatric and postpartum nutrition. As a dietitian and lactation consultant, I have experience with managing breastfeeding, infant food allergies, and have extensive knowledge of infant formulas. I use an individualized approach to monitor and help you meet your nutrition goals.
